Online Song Coaching Sessions

Industry Vocal Coach Jai Ramage and Singer/Songwriter Tom Speight have teamed up to offer you Online Song Feedback Sessions. Considering elements including melody, lyrics, structure, balance, dynamics, emotion, communication, vocal stylistics and technique they will analyse your music and guide you towards your musical goals.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes long and take place on Zoom.

  • Jai Ramage

    Jai Ramage is a freelance Vocal Coach and has worked extensively at the highest levels in TV, theatre and the music industry. With 20 years of education and experience in Vocal Coaching, her qualifications include a BA(Hons) degree in Humanities with Music, an MA in Professional Practice: Vocal Pedagogy and she is an Master Trainer in Estill Voice.

    Her TV work includes being a Vocal Coach on prime time shows for BBC and ITV including The Voice UK, Voice Kids UK, Little Mix The Search, Starstruck, Change Your Tune and Romeo & Duet. In the music industry Jai has coached several successful pop artists and bands from the start of their creative journeys through to world tours and multiple albums. She has a long standing Vocal Coach role with Prestige Management looking after their bands and singers. Artists Jai currently looks after include The Vamps, New Hope Club, The Tyne, The 202, Henry Moodie, Lucy O’Byrne, Tom Speight and Tommy Ashby. Having started her career as a performer in theatre Jai now coaches singers for leading West End roles and consults for several top theatrical agencies and producers.

    Jai manages a small roster of music artists herself which currently includes Indie Pop/Rock band Coral Palms and Pianist/Composer Duncan Moss. She has been involved in all aspects of development, branding, promotion and strategy with both. She also represents a number of artists for sync submissions in collaboration with Rocket Science Music.

    Alongside coaching and management Jai runs a membership to support Music Artists. The aim of Entourage Membership is to help artists with their creative development, boost confidence in their product, eliminate overwhelm and connect them with inspiring like minded creatives in an encouraging online community.

  • Tom Speight

    Once Tom Speight decided to push the music button, he did so in remarkable style. Carrying over 200 million streams across DSPs, strong radio support from BBC Radio 2 (seven playlisted records in a row), including the latest radio single 'Everything’s Waiting For You' which was included on the B list, as well as regional radio (Wave 105, Sam Fm, BBC Nan Gaidheal), Tom blends elements of folk and contemporary pop with an effortless flair.

    In the midst of putting the finishing touches to his second album, Tom has also been writing for/with the likes of Turin Brakes (including the track 'Save You’ that has landed syncs on Designated Survivor & American Idol), Roses & Revolutions and Tommy Ashby. As well as those, Tom has previously written with the likes of Gabrielle Aplin, Carey Willets, Feeder, Iain Archer, Nick Atkinson, Amy Wadge, Lisa Hannigan, The Staves, Starsailor, Keane & Aqualung. Having self-produced a plethora of his releases, Tom has had the opportunity to record at some of the world’s greatest studios including Abbey Road, Sunset Sound and RAK.

    With a constant desire to play live, Tom's notable past performances include Glastonbury plus headline tours in Brazil, USA, Europe & the UK. He’s also toured with artists such as Tom Odell, Jack Savoretti, Lewis Capaldi, London Grammar, Travis, Ed Sheeran, Bastille, Snow Patrol & more. Tom’s music has received praise from notable musicians such as Sir Paul McCartney, Gary Lightbody (Snow Patrol), Dan Smith (Bastille), David Crosby & more.
